In Playa Blanca in the south of Lanzarote, is a very inviting beach of white sand known as Flamingo beach. Dorada Beach in Lanzarote is located next to Papagayo Mall, near to Los Ajaches Natural Park, where the renowned Papagayo Beach is located. Playa Dorada is very close to major hotels, so it has all the amenities and services such as sunbeds, umbrellas and water sports equipment. The Pechiguera or Punta Pechiguera Lighthouse is an active lighthouse on the Canary island of Lanzarote. It is the second lighthouse to be built at Punta Pechiguera, which is at the south-western end of the island.
