Bangrak Pier is situated to the northwest of Samui, and is the main port connected to Koh Phangan and Koh

Koh Samui's busiest and biggest town has sprung up around one of the island's best beaches.Chaweng is a beach on the east coast of Ko Samui. It has a lovely white beach and vibrant nightlife, especially at its north end.

Bophut beach, which sweeps down several kilometres between Big Buddha and Maenam beaches and perhaps one of the oldest places on the island, the charming Fisherman's Village, which takes up the middle section of the beach.

Wander lanes filled with wooden Chinese shop-houses from the 19th century, enjoy night markets and dine around the world in restaurants serving up Italian, French, Thai, Japanese, Euro-fusion and freshly caught seafood in Bo Phut’s Fisherman’s Village.

Lake Chawun is a beach away from the noise. The water is clear but shallow. Soft beaches are found in most parts of the beach, with rocks and broken corals only at the southern end.

Therefore, if your flight arrives early in the morning, you may not be able to check in to your hotel room right away. Similarly, if your return flight is at night, you will normally be required to vacate your room at 2:00pm.
